kVA is your agreed supply capacity. It is the maximum capacity your site has contracted with the network to draw at any one time. It affects network charges and helps us validate that your quoted consumption and site profile are realistic.

Business categorisation tells us whether you are treated as a microbusiness, small business or large business. This can affect contract disclosures, complaint and redress eligibility, and how we apply certain processes. We ask so we can apply the correct protections and communications.

Provide your best estimate. If you have an invoice or usage report, we can help infer it. Pricing is based on expected volume, so a better estimate reduces the risk of re-pricing or volume tolerance issues later.
