Half hourly data shows your actual consumption pattern across the day and week. We use it to price your contract accurately, including the effect of time band exposure and system and network related charges. Without it, pricing is less precise and we may need to make assumptions.

kVA is your agreed supply capacity. It is the maximum capacity your site has contracted with the network to draw at any one time. It affects network charges and helps us validate that your quoted consumption and site profile are realistic.

Business categorisation tells us whether you are treated as a microbusiness, small business or large business. This can affect contract disclosures, complaint and redress eligibility, and how we apply certain processes. We ask so we can apply the correct protections and communications.
