If you have signed a Business Supply Agreement with us, these Terms and Conditions together with that Business Supply Agreement form a legally binding Contract between you (the Customer) and us (the Supplier). If you have not signed a Business Supply Agreement, or your Fixed Term has ended, clause 22 (Deemed / Out-of-Contract Supply) will apply.
